SHE'S EXTRA is our signature choc chunk cookie coated, in milk chocolate!

Our signature cookie composition is 42% chocolate, made up of Valrhona and Weiss milk and dark chocolate, hand chopped for that perfect chunk. Our dough is made with brown butter which gives it a drool-worthy caramel scent and fudgy texture and we age it for 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop, mingle and marry. Check out our video showing the cooking going through our chocolate waterfall before being sprinkled with salt. There is no such thing as too much chocolate!
