BASIC BISH

In fact this cookie is anything but basic!

BASIC BISH is our signature cookie, and the one that started our cookie journey. Our cookie composition is 42% chocolate, made up of Valrhona and Weiss milk and dark chocolate, hand chopped for that perfect chunk. Our dough is made with brown butter which gives it a drool-worthy caramel scent and fudgy texture and we age it for 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop, mingle and marry. Because 42% is not quite enough chocolate, we top our cookies with more chocolate, making a total of 48% chocolate, and a sprinkling of salt.
