Our almonds come to us directly from the farmer in South Australia. We sort them by hand, roasted and candied by us, then coated in layers and layers of caramel milk chocolate enhanced with sea salt. The perfume of caramel lingers as soon devour these moreish confections. You can't stop at one.
Note: We do not use shellac to polish our confections.
