CINDERtELLA.

This cookie is a 10/10 just like Cinderella!  Loaded with white chocolate and milk chocolate chunks (Valrhona), the chocolate makes up 44% of the total cookie composition! Break into the cookie to find a thick centre of Messinatella, the choc hazelnut spread created by our favourite gelato artisans. A huge improvement on Nutella, and a much more premium offering if you ask us!

Our dough is made with real vanilla bean paste and brown butter which gives it a drool-worthy caramel scent and fudgy texture. We age it for 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop, mingle and marry.
