This is a very special bar indeed! The cacao beans used to make this chocolate hail from Brazil to create a complex flavour. It's double fermented during the chocolate making process when passionfruit pulp is also added. Ms Peacock has added passionfruit and crushed honey almond nougat to create this deliciously complex and fruity bar which is very very satisfying.
