The best alternative to a traditional cake for any celebration! Or maybe just a weeks supply of your favourite cookie?

BASIC BISH is our signature cookie flavour, and the one that started our cookie journey. Our cookie composition is 42% chocolate, made up of Valrhona and Weiss milk and dark chocolate, hand chopped for that perfect chunk. Our dough is made with real vanilla bean paste, and browned butter which gives it a drool-worthy caramel scent and fudgy texture and we age it for 24 hours to allow the flavours to develop, mingle and marry. Because 42% is not quite enough chocolate, we top our giant cookie with more chocolate, making a total of 48% chocolate, and a sprinkling of salt.
